Power relays have increased current handling

Clare has expanded its family of AC/DC and DC-only 1-Form-A solid state power relays with the CPC1708 and CPC1709, offering designers up to 24 A and 32 A (@ Tc=25°C) of current handling, respectively.

The CPC1708, available in the i4-PAC, has a blocking voltage of 60 V and 0,08 Ω of on-resistance. The CPC1709, available in the ISOPLUS-264 package, also has a blocking voltage of 60 V and 0,05 Ω of on-resistance.

Optically-coupled MOSFET technology is used to provide 2500 Vrms of input to output isolation. They are certified to UL 508 Standard for industrial control equipment.
