New family of tiny resettable fuses

The new F-PSMF Series of multifuse polymer PTC resettable fuses from Bourns consists of 2012 size surface mount devices which are now Bourns' smallest resettable fuses and claimed to be the smallest PTCs on the market. These models have been introduced specifically for USB port protection and meet the over-current protection requirement for USB 2.0. They have a maximum operating voltage of 6 V, making them suitable for the full voltage range of 4,75 V to 5,25 V and will trip at 1,0 A.
