New ESD protection devices

Bourns has announced a new addition to its TVS Diode Array family in a SC70-6L package. The CDSC706-T family series offers designers five unidirectional or four bidirectional TVS Diode configurations, with a choice of a working peak voltage of 5 V, 12 V, 15 V or 24 V.

In addition, Bourns has added the 2FAP-M12R product to the ESD and EMI Filter family in a DFN-12 package. This product offers portable electronic designers with six ESD and EMI filters each with a 220 MHz filter cutoff frequency while maintaining -25 dB filter attenuation between 800 MHz and 3 GHz. This product is designed to support high-speed data line applications for data port, LCD and camera module interfaces.
