Custom Printers released an innovative ticket printer with RFID capabilities. The KPM300H is able to print RFID tickets, enabling the use of an intelligent contactless ticket, which when used in conjunction with an RFID enabled system has many uses, not only for entry/exit applications, but also security purposes, since the ticket can be programmed with the ticket holder's details.

Recently a system was implemented in France whereby Cyclocity, a bicycle hiring company, issues RFID contactless tickets via a self service kiosk to customers who in turn use the tickets to release the company's anti-theft device, thereby placing the bicycle at the disposal of the customer.

The KPM300H is said to be extremely fast and reliable, and can also be equipped with a barcode scanner and an RFID reader/writer (standards supported: mifare and icode)
