Bourns has announced a new product release in its ChipGuard CG0402MLU and CG0603MLU Series ESD suppressors in ultra small 0402 and 0603 discrete packages. These ESD suppressors offer designers ultra low 0,05 pF capacitance ESD protection on high speed communication HDMI, USB or IEEE1394 data lines. The small chip package makes them suitable for space-saving portable electronic applications such as set-top boxes, LCD TVs, cellphones, PDAs, digital cameras, MP3 players or GPS handheld systems.
Also newly available are the ChipGuard CG0402MLC and CG0603MLC ESD Suppressors, offering low 0,5 pF capacitance with leakage current less than 50 nA.
