Texas Instruments has introduced a family of low-power (5 μA), series voltage references featuring high accuracy of ±0,15% and low temperature drift of 30 ppm/°C. The combination of the small SC70-3 packaging and low current consumption makes the REF33xx family suitable for portable and battery-powered consumer applications, and its high accuracy and low temperature drift make it a good choice for medical equipment, handheld instrumentation, test equipment and data acquisition systems.
High initial accuracy, low noise (28 μVpp/V output) and a robust output drive of ±5 mA enable precision, low power applications. Additionally, the low dropout voltage of 110 mV supports precision spot voltage regulation for battery-powered applications.
The REF33xx family offers six output voltages: 1,25 V, 1,8 V, 2,048 V, 2,5 V, 3,0 V and 3,3 V. All models in the family are designed for the wide industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
