The PicoScope 2202 from Pico Technology is a low-cost PC oscilloscope targeted at hobbyists and students, yet with its fast sampling rate it is also powerful enough to be used by electronics technicians for scientific, and general analog and digital circuitry.
The 2202 provides two channels, 20 MSps total sampling rate and 2 MHz bandwidth, with a 32 000 sample buffer memory, while the USB 2.0 interface allows for fast screen updates. It is suitable for use on any laptop or desktop PC running Microsoft Windows XP or Vista, and is self-powered from the USB port.
PicoScope oscilloscopes are supplied with PicoScope software that provides oscilloscope, spectrum analyser and multimeter functions. Also supplied is PicoLog data acquisition software that allows the PC to perform as a high-speed data logger.
