The CE series of 1 Watt power amplifiers from RFHIC is designed to provide high efficiency, high linearity and high output power with no external matching circuit required. The amplifiers are optimised for PCS, IMT, WiBro and WiMAX applications. They include a GaAs E-pHEMT chip on board, single supply voltage (5 V) with ceramic substrate, small size CP-16 (10,16 x 10,16 x 4 mm) package and RoHS compliance. Custom designs are also possible.
