Scopes ease debugging of mixed signal designs

New DPO3000 Series digital phosphor oscilloscopes from Tektronix deliver excellent performance to visualise highly demanding signals. Bandwidths range from 100 MHz to 500 MHz and with all models offering a minimum of 5x over-sampling on all channels and sin(x)/x interpolation as standard, even the fastest transient events can be captured and displayed accurately.

The standard 5 million record depth on all channels enables capturing of long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. The 50 000 waveform/second capture rate maximises the probability of capturing elusive glitches and other infrequent events. Wave Inspector controls, combined with the widescreen display, enable users to quickly search, navigate and see more horizontal on-screen data, in order to better analyse these glitches. When it comes to serial debug, it is possible to trigger, decode and search on a host of common standards, including I²C, SPI, CAN and LIN.
