The EM Series of low profile digital panel meters from Lascar is a range of low profile, splashproof and waterproof modules that are easily panel-mounted, most using a single 5,5 mm diameter hole and the bigger round units with a 32,5 mm diameter hole.
The family of IP67-rated voltmeters in LED and LCD formats have been designed primarily for panel mount instrumentation, process and control and automotive applications. The EM32-1B (LCD) and EM32-1B-LED (LED) voltmeters have a 3½ digit display with 8 mm digit height. They both feature a 200 mV full scale reading, auto-polarity, auto-zero and three selectable decimal points. The modules are connected via screw terminals and operating modes are selected via jumper links - no soldering is required.
These meters are installed by simply inserting into a 32,5 mm diameter hole with the supplied rubber seal, and then tightening the nut on the rear of the module. The metal bezel and rubber seal provide waterproof IP67 rated protection to the front of the meter.
