Power Electronics / Power Management
International Rectifier has expanded its portfolio of 60 V, 75 V and 100 V MOSFETs for switch mode power supplies (SMPS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and industrial applications such as power tools, forklifts and other high power DC drives. The devices feature low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) values: 3,0 mΩ for the IRFP3206PbF; 4,2 mΩ for the IRFP3306PbF; 3,3 mΩ for the IRFP3077PbF; 4,5 mΩ for the IRFP4110PbF; 6,0 mΩ for the IRFP4310ZPbF; and 9,0 mΩ for the IRFP4410ZPbF. The devices feature fast switching times and good current capabilities ranging from 97 to 200 A, depending on the device. The rugged TO-247 package provides a larger area for heat-sinking to improve thermal dissipation compared to a TO-220 package. The MOSFETs are offered lead-free and are RoHS compliant.
