Series of low-ESR capacitors

The T520 KO Cap series from Kemet features polymer cathode technology to achieve enhanced product specifications. The low-ESR capacitors are offered in capacitances from 15 to 1000 μF, with voltage ratings between 2 and 25 V.
The sub-10 V variants permit operation up to 90% of rated voltage, while the above-10 V variants permit operation up to 80% of rated voltage; derating is required above these levels.
These capacitors are available in EIA standard case sizes and are suitable for operating temperatures from -55°C to +105°C. They also feature a non-ignition failure mode and a self-healing mechanism. They are offered with RoHS-compliant and lead-free terminations and are available in tape and reel packaging.
