Machine builders, system integrators and OEMs are increasingly adopting profiled framing as the preferred choice for machine frames, bases, guards and enclosures, with cost savings and improved flexibility over traditional fabricated frame construction methods. CES is focused on this technology with its Profile-System range that includes aluminium and new durable stainless steel profiles and accessories complete with a vast selection of machine building components plus comprehensive CAD software, allowing designers to quickly realise their concepts and move design to production in the fastest possible time.
The comprehensive system covers over 30 standard profiles with a range of complementary components including fastening elements, hinges, handles, locks, feet, conveyor and machine guard systems components along with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
This range also covers linear bearing, guides, motors and transmission components for pick and place, automated handling applications complete with tools and attachments to simplify assembly and reduce further costs.
