MIL-COTS 28 V DC-DC converters

Vicor has added a new 28 V Wide Input Maxi Family of DC-DC converters. With a wide input range of 10 to 36 V, the modules are appropriate for applications operating from 12 V or 24 V inputs, which are typical for battery systems in vehicles. Fully encapsulated, Maxi modules utilise a proprietary spin fill process to assure complete, void-free encapsulation, making them suitable for the harshest environments.

The new MIL-COTS Maxi series models offer eight different output voltages ranging from 3,3 V to 48 V with a maximum power of 200 W, and four operating temperature grades, including -55°C. Baseplate options include slotted, threaded and through-hole.
