Materials machining and handling systems

In many industries, such as automotive, food and beverage, airport logistics or general logistics, the demands on materials machining and handling systems are becoming more complex and more specific. At the same time, less installation time is continually demanded.

As a result of these requirements, CES Solutions has introduced an application and solution to suit these criteria for the southern African market.

In partnership with ISEL Automation of Germany, CES has a favourable compact design for these applications by offering planning and efficient material handling systems. Available solutions include:

* Linear units with ball screw drive and servo motors.

* Linear units with timing belt drives with servo motors.

* Linear units with ball recirculation, slip-in and roller guide carriage.

* Versatile aluminium profiles for flexible automation solutions.

* Stepping and servo motors.

* 3-,4- and 5-axis controllers and terminals.

* Complete solutions, for example with the CNC EuroMod.

The systems have been optimised specifically for a large variety of applications and can be integrated into most automation systems.
