Pendulum Instruments has expanded its product portfolio with two new products in the form of the PicoTime and PicoReference.
PicoTime is a low-cost, high-performance measurement test set used for frequency stability measurements. It features 1 ps resolution and comes with an easy-to-use software application for performance analysis. The instrument is used to accurately characterise reference sources, such as crystal oscillators and atomic clocks, and to perform time interval error (TIE) measurements.
The GPS PicoReference is a high-performance combined frequency reference and measurement test set for frequency stability analysis. It integrates a smart GPS-controlled Rubidium reference with up to eight reference outputs, and features a flexible 1 to 30 MHz frequency testing range and 1 ps measurement resolution. It is ideally suited to clock characterisation and calibration applications.
