Microswitch for reflow soldering

Hartmann Codier is offering the MBZ4, a microswitch designed to meet requirements for reflow soldering. It can withstand reflow soldering temperatures of 260°C for up to 10 seconds.

THT solder pins measuring 0,5 x 1,3 mm or 0,5 x 0,6 mm are available, in normally open, normally closed and change-over versions, with a range of actuator options.

With a tension spring mechanism, the mechanical lifetime of the switch is 10 million actuations, with even more durable options available upon request. With a permissible ambient temperature of -40°C to +130°C, the MBZ4 is suitable for operation in high temperature applications.
