Diptronic's range of keypad PCB mount switches features a sharp click operation giving positive tactile feedback. Their ultra-miniature lightweight structure makes them suitable for high density mounting.
Special treatment of the contact and insert moulding prevents flux build-up during solder processes.
The DTS Series switches range in size from 4,3-7,3 mm. Materials used are stainless steel, UL94V-0 PBT and glass fibre reinforced material.
Operation force is 100 g (K Type) or 160 g (N Type). The switches are rated for 12 V d.c. 50 mA and contact resistance is 100 mOhm maximum.
Insulation resistance is 100 MOhm 500 V d.c. min and dielectric strength 250 V a.c. for 1 min. Contact arrangement is SPST.
