Comtest has introduced Rigol’s lightweight VS 5000 digital oscilloscope that has manufacturing, high-speed data acquisition, education and training, as well as design and debug applications.
The mixed-signal scope features a 16-channel logic analyser, 400 MSps maximum realtime sample rate and 25 GSps maximum equivalent time sample rate, compact design, horizontal/vertical placement at will, and high speed USB 2.0 and LAN interface standards. Measuring 141 x 45 x 217 mm and weighing 0,7 kg, it has a memory depth of 1 million points for a single channel, 512 000 points for dual channels and 512 000 points for the logic analyser.
The VS5000 has 20 automatic measurements, with manual, track and auto measure modes. There is also a built in FFT that provides frequency domain representation and a built-in hardware frequency counter.
