Based on the established modules of the PMAS/PCMAS48 series from MTM Power, the new PMmed/PCMDmed48 series for medical engineering applications is now available.
The primary switched modules with AC/DC wide input range are CB-Scheme and VDE approved according to EN 60 950-1 and EN 60 601-1. High packing density and small dimensions allow an efficient, cost-saving solution for different tasks where medium-ranged power is needed. The devices are prepared for applications in Class 1 and/or 2 and comply with the latest standards as regards CE conformity.
The modules are available with output power of 48 W and with single output voltages of 5, 12, 24 and 48 V d.c. The series is short circuit protected, needs no ground load, is designed for PCB mounting (90,5 x 65,5 x 33,5 mm) or chassis mounting (120,0 x 65,0 x 33,0 mm) and has reduced standby power consumption requirements.
