Vishay has announced the release of two new four- and eight-channel LC EMI/ESD filter arrays with input loss of less than 1 dB in compact LLP1713 and LLP3313 leadless packages. With a low profile of 0,6 mm, the new VEMI filter arrays are designed to save board space and provide EMI filtration and ESD protection for systems designed to receive RF signals in the 800 MHz to 2400 MHz frequency range. The new filters include the four-channel VEMI45LA-HNH in the LLP1713 package, and the eight-channel VEMI85LA-HGK in the LLP3313 package. Delivering high-quality filtering, the new devices feature typical cut-off frequencies of 150 MHz, a low line resistance of 12 Ω, and line inductance of 10 nH. Low leakage current helps to prolong battery life.
