The WFE 2ES from Weller is a compact and flexible volume fume extraction system that removes air pollution caused by soldering, adhesives and laser work.
It enhances the soldering process by capturing the particles and pollutants produced to provide the operator with a comfortable, clean and safe working environment, particularly for use in applications where volume extraction is the most suitable option eg, solder baths, hot air soldering, micro soldering and gluing work.
The system is powerful but quiet, its brushless turbine motor operating at 1800 Pascals and extracting at a volume capacity of 220 m²/h, providing maintenance-free operation even in demanding industrial applications. It features a compact filter system to remove the smallest breathable particles with a filtration efficiency of 99,5%. The extraction arm supplied with the unit has precise positioning adjustment and in conjunction with the funnel, allows for ideal positioning to remove fumes quickly and efficiently from the workplace.
