Saving electricity costs for lighting

A South African company called Electro Sense is claiming that it can offer its customers up to 85% on the cost of their electricity used for lighting, and the company is confident enough in its abilities that it has established offices in the USA.
The Electro Sense Proactive Energy Management System is designed to control commercial building lighting systems, and has received numerous eta awards for energy efficiency in the commercial category, which award is given by Eskom to companies and individuals who demonstrate superior performance in saving and reducing the cost of electricity.
According to Electro Sense, its solution is superior to BMS and timer switches, in that it conforms to health and safety regulations by sensing occupancy and guaranteeing to leave the lights on whenever anyone is present and only turn them off when no one is present. The company also has the exclusive agency for all Steinel energy management products in southern Africa, and is the distributor for SensorSwitch throughout Africa.
