Euroquartz has introduced a quick turnaround service for its MB57T range of temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs). By utilising proprietary techniques, the company is able to offer a fast response for this new product and can deliver TCXOs in as little as five days compared to the normal delivery time of eight weeks. With small volumes handled at Euroquartz’s UK headquarters via the new quick turnaround facility, high volume requirements can also be satisfied from the company’s worldwide sources.
The new MB57T series TCXO is housed in a 7 x 5 mm four-pad ceramic SMD package and features a square wave (CMOS) output with stability of ±2,5 ppm over the temperature range -30 to +85°C. The component also features a built-in 0,01 μF decoupling capacitor and may be factory-configured as a voltage controlled TCXO (VCTCXO), part number VMB57T.
Specifications include frequency range from 1,25 to 156,0 MHz, supply voltage of 3,3 V, ageing of ±1,0 ppm maximum in first year, rise and fall times of 10 ns maximum, start-up time of 5 ms typical (10 ms maximum) and output load of 15 pF.
