Central Semiconductor has announced the release of the CBRHDSH2-100 Schottky bridge rectifier packaged in the HD DIP case. This energy efficient device has a low reverse leakage current of 0,7 μA and addresses the need for a space saving 2 A, 100 V full wave bridge rectifier for power management, solid state lighting and power-over-Ethernet applications.
The device offers a 50% reduction in utilised board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMA package. Coupled with a low profile of less than 2,7 mm, this device provides a solution for a number of applications with limited space requirements.
