Dual-jet liquid dispensing machine

Essemtec recently introduced the CDS6200 automatic liquid dispensing machine with two jet dispensers. This jet dispensing technology allows proportioning of various media at a large number of points. Because the materials to be dispensed have various specific characteristics which partially depend on environmental conditions, this system has the ability to select valves that are suitable for particular materials.

The machine concept consists of a CDS6200 with two jet valves fixed at its head. Additionally, this system contains a custom-built vacuum table, which can be adjusted manually to the height of 10 mm and can be triggered independently via software. The vacuum table, which fixes the carrier for the component, enables users to work a vast range of applications. However, it is removable from the table by hand and can be added when needed.

Particularly for placement of LEDs and other applications where large volumes of similar components must be placed at the carrier for the components, the double-dispenser provides significant time savings since two different adhesives can be deposited simultaneously. A third jet dispenser, which can be installed at the same head, can further minimise processing time.
