Board-to-board RF connectors

Huber+Suhner has developed the MBX series of board-to-board and board-to-module RF connectors that cope with mechanical misalignment in radial and axial directions while maintaining excellent electrical performance. The connectors’ axial float of ±1,2 mm allows complex board-to-board structures to be realised.
The MBX series is suitable for operation from DC to 6 GHz with an impedance of 50 Ω and can handle up to 260 W. The connectors require a minimum board-to-board distance of 13 mm.
