Würth Elektronik has expanded its product range of chip bead ferrites in multilayer technology with the new WE-CBF HF range for high frequencies. The parts are available in the sizes 0402 and 0603 and in wideband, high-speed and high-current variants. They are suitable for applications when high impedance values at 1 GHz and rated currents up to 600 mA are required.
With a modified internal layout, the effective suppression frequency area is increased. The WE-CBF are especially suitable for the suppression of signal lines in the high frequency area as well as for fast data lines like CPUs, high-speed bus systems or HDDs.
