Juki’s new FX-3 high-speed mounter features two placement stations, each with two head beams, and is equipped with the company’s new, high-precision laser alignment system.
With a total of 24 nozzles and 120 single 8 mm tape feeders, the machine reaches a speed of 60 000 cph (0,06 sec/chip) according to the IPC9850 standard. It places components from 01005 to 33,5 mm and allows a maximum board size of 410 x 360 mm on the L, 510 x 360 mm on the L-wide and 610 x 510 mm on the XL model.
