Euroquartz has announced the availability of its XO44 11 x 9 mm surface mount oscillators on 10-day turnaround. The UK manufactured oscillators can be produced at any frequency from 1 to 156 MHz with 3,3 or 5 V ±5% supply voltage. The oscillators can be supplied with a tri-state or enable/disable function implemented.
Specifications include TTL/CMOS output logic with output voltage of 0,4 V (max low) to 2,4 V (min high) for TTL, 0,5 V (max low) to VCC-0,5 V (min high) for CMOS. Frequency stability can be specified in three ranges: ±25, ±50 and ±100 ppm – over both commercial (0°C to 70°C) and industrial
(-40°C to +85°C) operating temperature ranges.
Output load is 15 or 50 pF CMOS or 2 to 10 TTL gates with rise/fall times of 10 ns max, 3 ns typical for both output types. Duty cycle is 40% minimum, 60% maximum measured at 1,4 V (TTL) or 50% VDD (CMOS). Start up time is 10 ms maximum, 5 ms typical with current consumption from 15 to 45 mA depending on frequency. Storage temperature is -55 to +125°C with maximum ageing of ±5 ppm per year.
