XP Power’s new ECS25 ECS45 series of 25 and 45 W power supplies are designed for space-constrained applications and measure just 44,5 x 76,2 mm with a 24,2 mm profile.
Single-output models are available with 12, 15, 24 or 48 V d.c. for both power levels and with an additional 5 V d.c. version available for the ECS45. Convection cooling allows an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C with derating above 50°C. Power saving features include <0,3 W no-load power consumption (<0,5 W for 48 V variant) and typical efficiency of 87%.
The new range has both medical 60601-1 and IT 60950-1 safety approvals and emissions comply with Class B limits for conducted noise. Input grounding can be either Class 1 or Class 2 and a cover option is available for Class 1 installations.
