The CMLM0574 from Central Semiconductor is a Multi Discrete Module consisting of a single N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET and a low-VF Schottky diode packaged in the space saving PICOmini SOT-563 surface mount case. The device provides true isolation between the MOSFET and diode for added design flexibility. The MOSFET has a low RDS(ON) of 460 mΩ and an ID of 450 mA, while the Schottky boasts a low VF of 350 mV.
The SOT-563 case utilises 35% less board space than the SOT-523 and SOD-523 combined, and also boasts a low profile of 0,6 mm. The CMLM0574 is suitable for applications such as DC to DC conversion, reverse polarity protection, battery charging and voltage clamping.
