Measuring just 23,1 x 12 x 8 mm, the Leuze BR2 sensors are considerably smaller than a matchbox.
Yet, at the same time, these throughbeam photoelectric sensors, retro-reflective photoelectric sensors and diffuse reflection light scanners are capable of operating at ranges of up to 2 metres.
Equipped with a small, homogenous and highly visible light spot which is generated by a pinpoint LED, these minute sensors are suitable for the detection of small parts. They are well suited when confronted with space constraints and boast a pnp/npn switching output as well as high-performance light/dark switching.
Secure and simple mounting of the sensors is made with standard workshop M3 screws while the housing, moulded from thermo-elastic elastomer, guarantees permanent protection against environmental influences with ingress protection to IP67.
