Central Semiconductor’s CMPDM302PH in the SOT-23F package is a P-channel MOSFET with a continuous drain current rating of 2,4 A.
The combination of low on-resistance (61 m) and gate charge (2,8 nC) makes it an energy efficient solution for high-current, space constrained power management applications.
The CMPDM302PH is complemented by the CMPDM303NH N-channel MOSFET and is suitable for a variety of battery powered portable devices such as cellular phones, MP3 players and portable medical equipment. It is also suitable for applications such as DC to DC conversion, load switching and battery charging.
