Ecliptek’s new EMML series of quick turn CML (current mode logic) MEMS oscillators are supplied in miniature 3,2 x 5,0 mm or 5,0 x 7,0 mm SMD package options. With a lead time measured in days, the products can be programmed to a maximum output frequency of 220 MHz.
The oscillators cover the all inclusive frequency range from 1 MHz up to 220 MHz and supply voltages of 1,8 V, 2,5 V or 3,3 V d.c. They are available in ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, ±50 ppm or ±100 ppm maximum frequency stability options. Their plastic, MSL 1 rated package can withstand 30 000 G shocks and is RoHS compliant with 260°C reflow capability.
Circuit applications include clock recovery; phase-locked loops and frequency synthesis; digital switching networks; synthesiser or system reference; clock distribution; and clock translation and multiplexing.
