Vishay has introduced two new series of SMD quartz crystals with wide frequency ranges of 12 MHz to 25 MHz.
To enable smaller end products, the XT23 and XT35 offer ceramic packages measuring 3,2 by 2,5 mm and 5,0 by 3,2 mm, respectively. Both devices feature a low profile of 0,8 mm.
The devices operate over a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C, with a temperature stability of ±50 ppm. The XT23 offers ESR from 70 Ω to 100 Ω while the XT35 provides ESR from 70 Ω to 80 Ω. The devices feature seam sealing and emboss taping, and they are compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
