The latest DIL (dual in-line) switch from knitter-switch is sealed for mounting on PCBs that are to be ‘potted’ or conformally coated using cold curing compounds. Thanks to additional sealing along the base of the switch housing, the DBS 3000-SL series is suitable for many applications including industrial automation and access control systems.
Designed for through-hole mounting, the switch series is available with raised or recessed actuators and in 1 to 10 and 12 pole versions. The switch has a lifetime of a minimum of 3000 cycles and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
