Panasonic’s new VSSOP PhotoMOS relays reduce printed circuit board area requirements to just 4,6 mm².
The housing’s vertical design provides for dimensions of 2,2 x 2,1 mm at a height of 2,9 mm.
The typical output capacity for the AQY221R2T device is 14 pF and the on-resistance is a mere 0,8 Ω. Moreover, the new RF VSSOP CxR10 PhotoMOS has a short turn-on time (typical 0,1 ms), a high I/O isolation voltage (200 V a.c.) and a low off-state leakage current (typical 20 pA). The maximum switching power is 40 V a.c./250 mA.
Typical application areas include IC and board testers, medical technology and multipoint recording.
