Central Semiconductor’s CTLSH01-30 and CTLSH01-30L are low forward voltage Schottky diodes in the low-profile TLM2D3D6 surface mount package. They have a peak reverse voltage rating of 30 V and a maximum forward current rating of 100 mA.
The CTLSH01-30 has a forward voltage drop (VF) of 410 mV at 10 mA and a reverse leakage current of 30 nA, while the CTLSH01-30L provides an even lower VF of 300 mV. The TLM2D3D6 package has dimensions of 0,65 x 0,35 mm and a profile of 0,32 mm, making both devices suitable for space constrained designs requiring high energy efficiency.
