The Hakko 850 is a hot air rework system that has an adjustable air volume and temperature. For the reworking of QFPs and SOPs it has durable nozzles for soldering and desoldering that have a long life. An automatic cooling mode protects the heating element and handle when the power is turned off. The Hakko 850 rework system is ESD-safe by design.
Power consumption is 20 W (2 W when power switch is off). Outer dimensions are 187(W) x 135(H) x 245(D) mm, and weight is approximately 4 kg. The iron has a power rating of 260 W, the hot air temperature is 100-420°C. Weight is 120 g.
