Nordson YESTECH’s NYT-BX with advanced ‘Fusion Lighting’ and 5 megapixel colour camera technology offers automated optical inspection with exceptional defect coverage with extremely low false call rates. The system inspects lead banks, solder joints as well as verifies correct part, polarity, component position etc, enabling users to improve quality and increase throughput. With four side viewing cameras, the system has additional inspection capabilities found only on in-line systems. Programming the BX is fast and intuitive and integrates several test techniques, including colour inspection, normalised correlation and rule-based algorithms.
