Miyachi Europe, a leading supplier of laser and resistance welding systems, laser marking products and hot bar reflow soldering, will showcase its new hot bar and resistance welding solutions together with its long standing partner Zetech at National Electronics Week SA 2012, to be held from 13 to 14 March at Sandton Convention Centre Johannesburg.
On display will be the innovative ‘newhorizon’ hot bar bonding system suitable for reflow soldering applications, as well as the compact MM-380A weld checker for resistance welding. The newhorizon desktop system is an integrated solution providing process control, vision alignment and force control ideally suited for high-volume bonding in the automotive, electronics, battery and aerospace industries.
Miyachi Europe has also recently launched the ADAM process analysis tool for resistance welding, the ML-5060A LD direct laser welder suitable for soldering and plastics welding, as well as the 35 W laser marker ML-7340C designed for high-contrast marks on metals.
