Robust CARDMASTER enclosures from FIBOX are designed to reliably protect instrumentation and control equipment in extreme environments.
Made of impact-proof, unbreakable polycarbonate, the housings integrate one compartment with slots for printed circuit boards and a second, separate compartment for terminal blocks and wiring. As an alternative, cost-efficient ABS models are available. Both variants provide IP65 protection and have the NEMA ratings 1, 4, 4X, 12 and 13.
The housings provide high flammability ratings complying with UL94 5V (polycarbonate) and UL94 HB (ABS). They are halogen free and RoHS compliant. Various sizes between 166 x 160 x 80 mm and 390 x 316 x 167 mm are available, optionally with a smoked or clear transparent hinged cover
or a screw-on front plate. Non-ageing PUR gaskets resist temperatures between -50°C and +130°C and suffer virtually no long-term compression.
The enclosures are EMC shielded according to customer specifications. On request, FIBOX supplies them painted or printed or with additional holes or openings. FIBOX provides a wide range of accessories for the CARDMASTER series including galvanised steel mounting plates, sets of hinges and latches, wall fastening lugs and mounting screws.
