Blue-violet laser diode

1 March 2012 Opto-Electronics

The NV4V31MF provides precise laser emission supporting a wide range of applications such as particle measurement; industrial precision measurement including location measurement, surface uniformity detection; holography; lithography; wafer processing equipment; and bio-medical instrumentation.

The device’s newly developed LD chip structure achieves a high optical power output of 175 mW (CW) at up to 85°C. The laser diode can provide excellent linearity from low to high output at high temperatures, and reduces the unevenness of beam divergence.
