The LXES series of ceramic and silicon-based ESD protection devices from Murata features high suppression levels, high repetition durability and ultra-low capacitance.
Silicon-based parts feature a low-capacitance design (down to 0,25 pF typical), which also minimises signal loss on high-speed data and transmission lines. They have high suppression levels, with less than 100 V output when the input voltage is 15 kV. The devices are available in two-, four- and six-line array designs, along with single-line variants.
Ceramic parts feature capacitance down to 0,05 pF in a case size as small as 1,0 x 0,5 x 0,33 mm. Their freedom from distortion makes them suitable for use in antenna circuitry.
All devices in the LXES series offer high repetition durability of 1000 cycles at8 kV contact voltage.
