Dissipative work surface mats are available from Actum Electronics in 1,2 m x 10 m rolls or can be cut to customer requirements. The stock sizes have two 7 mm connecting points on a short side and can be supplied as a work surface set with a common point ground and a stretch-adjustable wristband with 360 cm grounding cord. Optional is an EBP Europlug.
The two-layer 1,5 mm Rubber Mat is constructed of a dissipative top layer with a conductive backing. The top layer is resistant to solvents, hot solder and soldering irons. It is available in blue, grey and beige and exhibits excellent flatness. The mat complies with IEC 61340-5-1 and exhibits surface resistance of 107 Ω, grounding resistance of 106 Ω and static decay <0,01 seconds.
