High-temperature wire markers

19 September 2012 Interconnection

Grafo Wiremarkers is supplying Brady B345 high-temperature PermaSleeve wire markers that are specifically designed for high-temperature and low-vacuum applications.

The heat-shrinkable sleeves are made from irradiated PVDF (olyvinylidene flouride) and are also ideal for applications that require resistance to harsh chemicals, lubricants and high-power cleaning solvents. B345 PermaSleeve is tested and approved for SAE-AS 81531; MIL-STD 202F, Method 215J; NASA SP-R-0022A outgassing performance and is RoHS compliant to 2005/618/EC.

Supplied in nine diameter sizes of 0,094 mm through to 38 mm, the sleeves come in colours of white, black, yellow, pink and blue. The 0,094 mm size is available in a 3:1 shrink ratio while the remaining sizes of 0,125 mm to 38,10 mm are available in a 2:1 shrink ratio.

Operating temperatures are from -55°C to +225°C with a minimum recovery temperature of +200°C. B-345 PermaSleeve can be used with several models of Brady benchtop and portable printers.
