The LD6815 low dropout (LDO) regulator family from NXP Semiconductors is available in the standard package SOT753 (SOT23-5) with a size of 2,9 x 1,5 x 1,0 mm. This package facilitates optimal heat dissipation.
With a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 75 dB and a voltage drop of 250 mV at 150 mA current rating, the devices ensure long battery lifetime and enhanced operating stability. Performance figures include output noise of only 40 μVRMS, quiescent current of 35 μA (0,1 μA in standby) and turn-on time of 150 μs.
The LDOs integrate ESD protection of 6 kV Human Body Model and operate over a 2,3 V to 5,5 V input range, and provide between 1,2 V and 3,6 V.
