SynQor has expanded its family of medical-grade products with the CFQor DC-DC converters, designed to provide isolated DC power for applications requiring CF Body Contact and Defibrillation Pulse withstand capability as specified in EN60601.
These fixed-frequency converters use synchronous rectifier-based technology to achieve high efficiency, with the quarter-bricks delivering 105 W from a nominal input voltage of 12, 24 or 48 V. They offer output voltages of 5, 12, 15 or 24 V and each module is supplied completely encased to provide protection from harsh environments, and is available with an optional flanged style baseplate.
Features include remote on/off, +10% to -20% output voltage trim range, remote sense, input under-voltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, active back bias limit, thermal shutdown, output current limit and short circuit protection. The CFQor series was designed for 4250 V, 100 MΩ input-to-output isolation and is 6/6 RoHS compliant.
