Automation E-News launched
15 August 2001
News
Universal Instruments recently introduced a new, monthly e-mail newsletter titled, 'Automation E-News.' This is a 'customisable' newsletter created specifically for electronics manufacturing professionals.
According to local distributor, Zetech, each month Automation E-News brings readers interviews with some of the best and brightest individuals in the electronics assembly industry. There is a focus on advances in technology which could help readers improve their factory production. Additionally, Automation E-News offers access to the latest whitepapers available, technology spotlights, technical tips on Universal Instrument's assembly equipment, and a glimpse at new Universal products and services.
What makes Automation E-News unique in the industry is that readers can customise its content. As they subscribe they can select from which categories they would like to receive stories and information. Categories include surface mount technology, through-hole technology, advanced semiconductor assembly, odd form component placement/final assembly, parts and service updates, industry news, and technical tips.
